The Maxymiser software allows e-commerce vendors and other organizations with a web presence to continually test, optimize and personalize their websites to increase each individual visitor’s experience of that website.
Pentech invested in 2008 alongside the company’s original angel investor, Bill Dobbie. At that point Maxymiser had built a first product to automatically test and improve e-commerce websites. The funding, and a subsequent funding round in which Investor Growth Capital participated, allowed the company to optimize their offering and become a leader and market visionary in the newly established discipline of Customer Experience Optimization. Maxymiser served more than 250 of the world’s leading brands, including travel companies like easyJet and Hertz, media companies like FT.com and BBC, and finance companies like HSBC and American Express.
